Alicia has 20 years experience of working in Housing and Regeneration. She has worked as a senior consultant for a national housing and regeneration consultancy and was the Director of a national charity. She has project managed a number of best practice and national programmes relating to employment, training, community governance and community engagement.

Mekor has worked in the sector for over 20 years and has held senior housing management and regeneration positions in London local authorities. He has been seconded to a number of major regeneration projects managing largescale regeneration programmes.
